Good for health , it has lot of fiber
My doctor told me it is very important for me to get my nuts in regularly they told me it is very good for us to get our nuts in at least once a day, which surprised me as it was rare that i got my nuts in these nuts are full of goodness and would be great in any mouth they are really good firm nuts and burst with flavournice packaging too, but i still find it hard to find someone who wants to experience my nuts but i live in hope as it's more fun to get my nuts in when there's someone to talk about my nuts with and share the experience with i hope my review helps you to enjoy getting your nuts in, or helping someone to get their nuts in, too it is important to get our nuts in regularly i was told, so I'm hoping i can encourage other people to get their nuts in regularly too :) i think Essina can help you with that, i certainly felt more inclined to get my nuts in after receiving theseBest wishes from Rollandat Castle Hassallon the edge of The Atlantic
